I live in Raleigh, and someone told me that beauticians, nail techs are now leasing single, private studios to run their sole propiotreship businesses from. Can someone tell me if they know of any commerical leasing companies with studios like what i am talking about.Does anyone know of any single commerical studios in raleigh for lease for a nail salon?
I would check the local newspapers in that area, or even call a Realtor, some real estate offices have rentals available. If none of that works..
