What is your favorite not too cheap hair salon in SIngapore?

I want to get a really good haircut and maybe do some highlights. I do not want to go to a cheap salon, but also don't want to overpay. My budget is +/- 100-200 SGD.What would you recommend?

i totally agree with you, going to a well known hair salon is much more better, how about Kimage?you can get more details and rates on 88db, maybe you'll get cheaper rates if you don't mind their students doing up your hair
