permanent eyeliner...where is a good place to go where they will listen to what you want and do a good job?How do you find a good permanent eyeliner salon?
1] research- look online,or get references. View before and after pics.
2] check all certifications - licensed cosmetologist, certification permanent makeup.
3] I had brows and liner done last year, lips this year. I LOVE IT!! I look good all the time now.
4] bring your fav liner colors - but try what artist offers as well. She will remove the makeup before tattooing.
