Does anyone have an estimate of how much I can expect to spend on the build out for a salon that is about 1200 sq ft, and I am referring to the construction only, and not the equipment. The space is in vanilla box condition so it will need floors, painting, electricity, and plumbing etc. Please serious responses only. Also any estimates on how much an overhead business name sign might cost.How much for a construction build out for a salon, and a biz sign?
